See,the first question that needs to be answered is,what are the symptoms..?
If woman is not having any irregular bleeding per vaginum and the size of the clot is less than 2 cm,then nothing else needs to be done.
One more thing,she should also not complain of any pain in lower abdomen.
She should be adequately counseled that if any heavy bleeding occurs,then she will immediately require a D&C
