A 29 year old female, resident of Sector-20, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai came for consultation of early pregnancy.

She has had LSCS delivery 1.3 years back and subsequently has had a spontaneous abortion a couple of months back.

She was in dilemma about continuation of this pregnancy.

Spacing between children is important, as well as allowing some time to elapse before next pregnancy is planned in case of previous Caesarean delivery.

Advancing age i.e. childbearing after prime age , also comes with its own set of complications.

This particular woman chose to continue with the pregnancy after proper counseling about pros and cons.
